Stablecoin Market Development Partner

As a Stablecoin Market Development Partner at Tylt, you'll identify and develop new commercial opportunities for a platform enabling businesses to collect payments, send payouts, and move money across borders using stablecoins. You'll research markets and businesses where stablecoin-powered payment infrastructure creates value, initiate customer and partner relationships, and support Tylt's expansion into new segments.

What you'll do

• Identify businesses that could benefit from stablecoin payment infrastructure
• Research merchants, fintechs, marketplaces, payment providers, and international businesses for expansion opportunities
• Develop targeted prospect lists across relevant industries and markets
• Initiate conversations through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Understand prospective customers' payment requirements and identify suitable Tylt use cases
• Qualify commercial opportunities and coordinate discovery calls
• Build relationships with potential merchants and ecosystem partners
• Monitor new markets and industries for expansion opportunities
• Share customer and market feedback with the wider Tylt team
• Maintain accurate records of commercial activity and opportunities

What you bring

• 1-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, commercial development, or fintech
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong research and prospecting abilities
• Comfort initiating conversations with businesses
• Commercial curiosity and a proactive mindset
• Interest in stablecoins, crypto, fintech, and global payments
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
