B2B Marketing Manager

As a B2B Marketing Manager at DaoPay, you will shape the company's marketing direction while managing day-to-day execution, producing strong visuals, and delivering impact within tight budgets. You balance strategic development with hands-on, practical work across digital channels, content creation, and campaign delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop DaoPay's marketing strategy and convert it into clear, executable plans
• Drive digital growth through SEO, website updates, analytics, and performance monitoring
• Use AI tools on a professional level to enhance marketing workflows
• Build targeted lead-generation campaigns in collaboration with Sales
• Create practical content, including blogs, social posts, presentations, and sales materials aligned with strategic goals
• Design campaigns, branding, and digital channels using professional tools
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communications
• Coordinate external agencies for design, campaigns, and technical tasks
• Produce compliant, high-quality materials for commercial and regulatory use
• Work resourcefully with tight budgets and find creative, cost-efficient solutions

What you bring

• 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with fintech or tech experience preferred
• Strong hands-on skills with SEO tools, Google Analytics, CRM/automation platforms, and WordPress
• Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• A flexible, execution-driven mindset comfortable with multitasking
• A practical, problem-solving approach to delivering results with limited resources
• Fluent English, with additional languages as an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site at the central Barcelona office
