Binance Accelerator Program - Sanction Program Analyst

As a Sanction Program Analyst in the Binance Accelerator Program, you support Binance's Global Sanctions Programme during a 3-6 month internship. You join a team managing sanctions compliance and financial crime prevention at the world's leading cryptocurrency exchange, trusted by over 320 million users across 100+ countries.

What you'll do

• Provide support to the heads of the Global Sanctions Programme
• Handle secretarial responsibilities for global and regional forums
• Draft and disseminate risk and financial crime related global communications
• Document risk and financial crime reviews and decisions
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Binance's global functions and teams
• Collate and analyse data, research and background information to support the day-to-day operations of the Sanctions team
• Scan for regulatory and internal developments that affect Binance globally
• Raise challenges and provide different perspectives while maintaining professional relationships

What you bring

• Current undergraduate or graduate student status, or recent graduate
• Fluency in English; a second language is preferred
• Strong analytical and writing skills, and sound judgment
• Ability to work across functional and geographic lines
• Learning agility and a critical, innovative mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex messages simply
• Confidence and a results-driven approach to finding innovative solutions
