Binance Accelerator Program - Web3 Operations (for current university students)

As a Web3 Operations intern at Binance, you join the Wallet team, which is building a decentralized version of Binance featuring on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, decentralized Earn, and more. The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term opportunity for current university students and recent graduates to gain immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will work alongside networking and professional development activities designed to expand your skills and career prospects.

What you'll do

• Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams for product development and marketing strategy
• Assist the team lead in implementing structured workflows, guidelines, and process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Monitor and control all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure team targets are met within timeline
• Investigate business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation plans

What you bring

• Understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminology, trends, and culture
• Good knowledge of financial and blockchain trading platforms, especially on-chain trading platforms in Web3 wallets
• Willingness to adapt to flexible and extended working hours to engage with KOLs and communities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
