As a Blockchain Architect at Impronics Technologies, you will design end-to-end architecture for blockchain-based financial systems with a focus on stablecoin frameworks, tokenomics, interoperability, scalability, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the strategic implementation of stablecoin infrastructure that is secure, efficient, and scalable.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and architecture of blockchain platforms, specifically focusing on stablecoin implementation including fiat-backed, algorithmic, or hybrid models
- Architect smart contracts and token issuance frameworks such as ERC-20, ERC-1400, and SPL for stablecoins
- Develop high-level and detailed architecture documentation including security models, data flow, and protocol designs
- Define and implement on-chain and off-chain components related to stablecoin infrastructure, including oracles, custodians, liquidity mechanisms, and compliance tools
- Collaborate with DevOps, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and security best practices are built into the design, including AML/KYC, auditing, and chain analysis
- Oversee token economics modeling, including supply management, reserve strategies, and redemption flows
- Lead evaluations of Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions for scalability and interoperability with stablecoins
- Stay informed on blockchain trends, stablecoin regulations such as MiCA, and advancements in smart contract frameworks
What you bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in blockchain architecture
- Proven experience designing and launching stablecoin solutions
- Deep understanding of public and permissioned blockchains such as Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, and Hyperledger
- Experience designing and auditing smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages
- Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms including PoW, PoS, and BFT
- Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and security protocols
- Knowledge of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-777, ERC-1155, and SPL
- Experience working with oracles such as Chainlink and Band Protocol, and decentralized identity/KYC integrations
Nice to have
- Experience integrating stablecoins with DeFi ecosystems or traditional finance systems
- Hands-on experience with CBDC or enterprise tokenization projects
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to stablecoins, such as FATF guidelines, MiCA, and FinCEN
- Contributions to blockchain open-source projects or whitepapers
- Experience with zk-SNARKs, rollups, or other Layer 2 scaling technologies
