Blockchain Developer

BrothersTech is seeking a Blockchain Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized solutions. You'll work remotely in a full-time role requiring 2-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate brings strong programming skills and hands-on experience with blockchain networks, smart contracts, Web3 technologies, and decentralized applications (DApps).

What you'll do

• Design and develop secure and scalable blockchain applications.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts.
• Build decentralized applications (DApps) using modern Web3 technologies.
• Work with blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, or similar platforms.
• Develop smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain programming languages.
• Integrate blockchain applications with front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop and integrate Web3 APIs, wallets, and blockchain nodes.
• Perform smart-contract testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Conduct security reviews and identify potential vulnerabilities in blockchain applications.
• Work with cryptographic concepts, transactions, wallets, tokens, and blockchain protocols.
• Develop and integrate ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, or equivalent token standards where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams.
• Research emerging blockchain technologies and evaluate their applicability to business requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation for smart contracts, APIs, and blockchain architecture.

What you bring

• 2-6 years of software development experience with relevant blockchain experience.
• Strong programming experience with Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying smart contracts.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar Web3 libraries.
• Experience building or integrating decentralized applications.
• Knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, transactions, blocks, and wallets.
• Experience with Git and GitHub or GitLab.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and software development practices.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD processes.
