Software Engineer - Solana

You'll join a leader in the Business Services space as a Software Engineer focused on Solana. This role centers on building and maintaining blockchain infrastructure and smart contract systems that support high-scale financial technology operations. You will own core engineering work across on-chain programs and backend services, with an emphasis on performance, security, and reliability. Working closely with product and technical stakeholders, you'll help shape architectural decisions and deliver new capabilities in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve Solana programs from development through maintenance
• Build scalable backend services for Solana, EVM, and Stellar networks
• Scale on-chain infrastructure for millions of users globally
• Shape the technical and product roadmap
• Drive architectural decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Ship new capabilities quickly to customers

What you bring

• Deep expertise in the Solana ecosystem, including its programming model and best practices
• Strong proficiency in Rust
• A solid understanding of smart contract security patterns
• Experience with Node.js and backend systems
• 2-10+ years of engineering experience
