Blockchain Developer

As a Blockchain Developer at Fruition Group, you join a growing technology team building distributed ledger solutions for financial services. This is primarily a private and permissioned DLT role, and you bring genuine hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise or permissioned blockchain solutions, not solely public-chain or Web3 experience. You work across permissioned DLT, smart contracts and public-chain technologies to help develop a proprietary enterprise blockchain platform and its surrounding applications.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy private and permissioned DLT and smart contract solutions
• Develop blockchain applications for financial services, digital assets and capital markets
• Contribute to a proprietary enterprise blockchain platform, including protocol and tooling development
• Integrate DLT with APIs, backend services and wider platform infrastructure
• Work with technologies including Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand and enterprise DLT
• Build, test and optimise secure smart contracts
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams and clients

What you bring

• Hands-on private, permissioned or enterprise DLT experience, such as Hyperledger Fabric, Besu, Corda, Quorum or similar
• Strong blockchain fundamentals across consensus, cryptography, tokenisation and DLT architecture
• Experience with Solidity and Ethereum smart contracts
• Experience with security tokens, digital assets or tokenisation
• Strong development skills in Go, Java, Python or Node.js
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Foundry or equivalent tooling
• Ideally, experience across financial services, capital markets or fintech

What we offer

• Salary of £90,000 to £110,000
