Blockchain developers

As a Blockchain Developer at Cyber Gear, you research, analyze and design blockchain networks, consensus protocols and decentralized applications. You work across the full stack, from network infrastructure to smart contracts and client applications, while contributing to open source and mentoring the team.

What you'll do

• Research, analyze and design blockchain networks, consensus protocols and decentralized applications
• Plan security and compliance across the entire blockchain network and apply cryptographic mechanisms
• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies, then integrate them into a blockchain network or its applications
• Develop, test, monitor and maintain a blockchain network, focusing on performance, distributed computing, consensus protocols and cryptography
• Develop, test, monitor and maintain decentralized applications, smart contracts, back-end systems and client-side applications
• Document development processes, artifacts and best practices for blockchain applications and systems
• Participate in open source community projects, meet with stakeholders, mentor younger developers and learn new blockchain skills
