Blockchain Engineer

As a Blockchain Engineer at DELTACLASS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, you design and develop enterprise-grade backend services and blockchain components for digital asset products. You work within cross-functional agile teams to build scalable, secure systems aligned with banking standards, integrating blockchain networks and third-party services into client ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Design and develop enterprise-grade backend services using Java
• Build APIs and microservices supporting digital asset products
• Develop scalable and resilient systems aligned with banking standards
• Implement blockchain-related business logic and workflows
• Develop components supporting smart contract interactions, minting and burning processes, asset transfer flows, and wallet management capabilities
• Integrate external blockchain networks into client digital asset ecosystems
• Build integrations with digital asset custody and wallet providers
• Develop connectivity with blockchain infrastructure and third-party services
• Collaborate on SaaS blockchain platform implementation initiatives
• Follow secure coding and software engineering best practices
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions
• Contribute to operational readiness and production support activities
• Support compliance, audit, and security requirements
• Support technical mentoring and knowledge sharing across engineering teams

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology domains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working in Agile organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above)
• Strong experience with Java (preferred), Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture
• Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based development workflows
• Good understanding of distributed systems, system integration, API design, and scalability patterns
