As a Systems Engineer at Staking Facilities, you operate and maintain critical Solana validator infrastructure on bare-metal private systems. What you'll do
- Ensure continuous operation of Solana systems and perform updates
- Monitor performance and tune systems for optimal efficiency
- Proactively identify new avenues for extending and accelerating Solana infrastructure setup
- Automate node deployment and operations using Ansible and Terraform
- Collaborate with traders to help them optimize infrastructure performance
- Communicate and coordinate with partners
- Participate in on-call duty rotation
What you bring
- Strong Linux and systems engineering skills, with Solana validator experience highly valued
- Fluency in English
- Proven ability to design and critically evaluate system architecture
- Background in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet the team in person and attend conferences

- German language skills
