Blockchain Expert - Applied AI & GenAI

As a Blockchain Expert at UST, you mentor and guide interns in building next-generation AI-powered Blockchain solutions. You combine deep hands-on experience in Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, and Blockchain Architecture with practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Machine Learning to deliver innovative end-to-end Proof of Concepts.

What you'll do

• Mentor and train interns on Blockchain fundamentals, Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, Architecture, Security, and Compliance
• Guide the development of AI-enhanced Blockchain solutions, including AI-assisted smart contract development, testing, and code reviews
• Lead interns in building AI-driven blockchain transaction and on-chain analytics solutions
• Architect natural language interfaces for Web3 applications
• Design AI agents that interact with blockchain data, APIs, and smart contracts
• Develop RAG-based assistants leveraging blockchain documentation and smart contract knowledge
• Build AI-powered compliance, risk, security, and governance use cases
• Create blockchain-enabled provenance, traceability, and auditability solutions
• Lead interns in building end-to-end AI and Blockchain POCs
• Review code, application architecture, and technical designs while providing hands-on technical guidance
• Create and enhance training materials, learning paths, and practical exercises

What you bring

• 8-12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Blockchain development and 2+ years in Applied AI and GenAI solutions
• Strong expertise in Blockchain fundamentals, architecture, and distributed ledger technologies
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Web3.js, and Ethers.js
• Deep understanding of smart contract design, testing, security best practices, and architectural patterns
• Practical experience with GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Search, Semantic Search, and AI Agents
• Experience integrating AI and LLM services with Blockchain applications, APIs, and data platforms
• Knowledge of Blockchain security, KYC/AML, privacy regulations, compliance, and AI governance
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills with experience coaching junior engineers or interns
