Blockchain Engineer

As a Blockchain Engineer at Infoplus Technologies, you design and develop enterprise-grade backend services and blockchain components supporting digital asset products. You work within cross-functional agile teams to build scalable, secure systems aligned with banking standards, integrating blockchain networks and third-party services into client ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Design and develop enterprise-grade backend services using Java, building APIs and microservices supporting digital asset products
• Implement blockchain-related business logic including smart contract interactions, minting and burning processes, asset transfer flows, and wallet management capabilities
• Develop scalable and resilient systems aligned with banking standards, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and maintainability
• Build integrations with digital asset custody and wallet providers, blockchain infrastructure, and third-party services
• Collaborate on SaaS blockchain platform implementation initiatives
• Follow secure coding and software engineering best practices, participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions
• Contribute to operational readiness, production support activities, and support compliance, audit, and security requirements
• Work within cross-functional agile teams, partnering with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Security Specialists, Product Owners, and Blockchain Operations professionals
• Support technical mentoring and knowledge sharing across engineering teams

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles
• Strong experience with Java or Kotlin
• Strong experience with Spring Boot
• Strong experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows
• Good understanding of distributed systems, system integration, API design, and scalability patterns
• Experience with blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Solana, or Hyperledger Fabric
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology domains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working in Agile organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Fluent English communication skills at C1 level or above
