Blockchain Strategy Consultant

As a Blockchain Strategy Consultant at Texas Consulting, you support clients exploring blockchain technology, digital assets, Web3 business models, tokenization, and emerging financial infrastructure. You combine traditional strategy consulting methodologies with blockchain research, market analysis, technology assessment, and business-case development to translate emerging blockchain opportunities into practical strategic recommendations. You work on client-focused projects involving blockchain adoption, digital assets, tokenized real-world assets, decentralized finance, smart contracts, and digital transformation.

What you'll do

• Conduct strategic research across blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, and digital-asset markets
• Evaluate blockchain use cases across financial services, lending, payments, real estate, technology, and other industries
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and emerging blockchain business models
• Develop blockchain adoption strategies, business cases, and implementation roadmaps
• Research tokenized real-world assets, DeFi, stablecoins, smart contracts, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure
• Evaluate blockchain platforms, protocols, infrastructure providers, and emerging technologies
• Analyze the strategic benefits, costs, risks, and implementation requirements of blockchain solutions
• Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and opportunity assessments
• Monitor developments across digital assets, Web3 markets, tokenization, and blockchain adoption
• Translate technical blockchain concepts into clear business recommendations for clients and executives
• Prepare client presentations, strategy decks, research reports, market analyses, and executive summaries
• Support client interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and strategic discussions
• Develop transformation roadmaps and strategic recommendations based on client objectives
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Senior Consultants, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Maintain research databases, market trackers, opportunity maps, and blockchain intelligence resources

What you bring

• A strong interest in strategy consulting, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, fintech, or emerging technologies
• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, investment research, fintech, technology, market research, or blockchain
• A strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and digital-asset ecosystems
• Familiarity with tokenization, DeFi, smart contracts, stablecoins, and blockchain infrastructure
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct structured market and industry research
• Ability to evaluate business models and translate research into actionable strategic recommendations
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, presentation, and financial-analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote consulting environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

What we offer

• Salary of $135,000-$155,000 USD per year, depending on experience, blockchain expertise, consulting capabilities, and analytical skills
