Case Analyst (Spanish and Portuguese speaker)

As a Case Analyst at Binance, you handle and review law enforcement inquiries, conduct blockchain tracing investigations, and support anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CFT) operations. You work within a global compliance function serving 300+ million users across 100+ countries, speaking Spanish and Portuguese to engage with regional stakeholders and facilitate investigations.

What you'll do

• Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries
• Perform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activities
• Assist with pre-SAR filing mitigating controls and client offboarding
• Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other compliance subjects
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing
• Perform general administration and related activities in support of these compliance functions as required by the business

What you bring

• At least 1-2 years of direct experience in a compliance or regulatory-facing role with substantial knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and day-to-day compliance affairs
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
• Good analytical skills, systematic approach, and logical thinking
• Proactive and ambitious attitude with a user-focused mindset
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership over law enforcement engagement processes
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a strong controls mindset and excellent time management
• Strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations, and standards applicable to financial institutions, and awareness of emerging virtual currency policies
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools or the ability to manually track funds using block explorers
