Client Service Analyst - Livechat (Turish required)

As a Client Service Analyst at Bybit, you assist clients with inquiries via live chat and email, ensuring they receive efficient and excellent support. You'll work on the frontline of one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, serving over 80 million users. Turkish language proficiency is essential for this role.

What you'll do

• Assist clients on all inquiries via live chat or email
• Ensure efficient and excellent customer service experiences
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Bybit's platform and products, including current market conditions
• Manage and follow up diligently on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients
• Understand client needs and convert them into constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management
• Flag any discrepancies or situational risks to management promptly to ensure smooth frontline operations
• Continuously identify improvements to enhance team performance, work efficiency, and overall work processes

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field (or minimum diploma in business administration or business management)
• 2-4 years of customer service experience, trained in frontline operations via live chat and email
• Proficiency in English and Turkish in both communication and writing
• A sharp acumen with numbers and statistics
• Genuine passion to develop knowledge and build a long-term career in fintech or crypto trading
• Team player mentality, commitment, and self-drive with the ability to respond positively to client requests
• Availability to work 5-day shifts including weekends and public holidays (shifts: 8am-5pm, 4pm-1am, or 12am-9am)
