Commercial & BD VP (Crypto Payments / Stablecoin Acquiring / Card & CaaS)

As Commercial & BD VP at a global fintech and stablecoin payment company, you drive strategic growth across crypto payments, stablecoin acquiring, card issuing, and CaaS business lines. You build and expand relationships with banks, PSPs, payment institutions, card networks, exchanges, OTCs, fintechs, merchants, and enterprise clients. You identify and execute new market expansion opportunities across APAC and global regions, working closely with product, compliance, legal, operations, and executive leadership to launch scalable payment solutions.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic commercial growth across crypto payments, stablecoin acquiring, card issuing, and CaaS business lines
• Build and expand relationships with banks, PSPs, payment institutions, card networks, exchanges, OTCs, fintechs, merchants, and enterprise clients
• Identify and execute new market expansion opportunities across APAC and global regions
• Lead complex partnership negotiations and commercial deal structuring
• Work closely with product, compliance, legal, operations, and executive leadership teams to launch scalable payment solutions
• Develop ecosystem partnerships to strengthen payment acceptance, settlement, and infrastructure capabilities
• Monitor industry trends across digital assets, payments, stablecoins, and embedded finance to identify strategic opportunities

What you bring

• 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, crypto, or financial infrastructure industries
• Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership roles
• A strong network across payment acquiring, banking, card ecosystem, fintech, or Web3 industries
• Deep understanding of crypto payments, stablecoin settlement, card issuing, cross-border payments, or financial infrastructure
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently source, structure, and close partnerships
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
• Experience working in high-growth, international environments
