Creative Producer

As a Creative Producer at CoinDesk Studios, you craft high-impact branded content at the intersection of media, storytelling, and digital assets. In this creative-first role, you own the creative process from spark to screen, pitching big concepts, developing sharp narratives, and bringing brand stories to life across video, social channels, and major live events. You report directly to the Lead Program Manager, CoinDesk Studios, and collaborate closely with the Multimedia and Sales teams to transform complex client briefs into editorial-quality content.

What you'll do

• Concept and pitch groundbreaking branded content campaigns across short-form video, social media, and live event experiences.
• Write compelling scripts, creative treatments, and briefs that seamlessly align client objectives with CoinDesk's editorial voice.
• Partner with producers, editors, and technical teams to guide projects from ideation through post-production and final delivery.
• Collaborate with the Head of Studios on high-stakes new business pitches and client presentations.
• Work with the Technical Producer to assist with video and audio editing, copy creation, and CMS publishing to ensure seamless deployment.
• Stay current with blockchain, Web3, and digital assets to ensure content remains relevant, precise, and resonant.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in a creative or story-driven role at a media company, digital agency, or brand studio.
• A strong understanding of digital assets, emerging tech, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
• A versatile portfolio demonstrating range, strong editorial judgment, and mastery across multi-platform formats.
• Top-tier writing skills with a focus on video scripts, pitch decks, and creative strategy.
• A self-starter approach: you thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity with ease, and take pride in high-quality execution under deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to pitch ideas internally and externally.

Nice to have

• Hands-on editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or Descript.

What we offer

• Base salary of $110,000-$140,000 plus a discretionary annual target bonus and performance incentives and benefits.
