Tech Recruiter

As a Tech Recruiter at Kraken (part of Payward), you partner with hiring managers across the company's global business to execute strategic hiring plans that attract top talent in a competitive market. You operate in a fully remote, high-agency culture where speed, precision, and focus are the baseline, working to shape one of the most innovative businesses in the crypto industry.

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers and teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies, supporting their decision-making with sound data and market insights
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritized requisitions with an eye on market intelligence and industry developments
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process as a problem solver and force multiplier, removing blockers and delivering high-value hires
• Use AI as the default tool to accelerate sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting
• Champion Kraken's culture and values, ensuring candidates are mission-aligned
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate the global recruiting infrastructure
• Navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, and act relentlessly in Kraken's interest
