As a Crypto Algo Trading Specialist at Finowings, you research, develop, and optimize systematic trading strategies for cryptocurrency markets. You convert trading ideas into clear, rule-based systems and work towards building automated, scalable crypto trading strategies that perform across trending, sideways, and volatile market conditions.

What you'll do

• Research and develop crypto trading and algorithmic trading strategies
• Identify trading opportunities using technical analysis, price action, and market data
• Convert trading ideas into systematic and rule-based strategies with defined entry, exit, stop-loss, and target rules
• Develop, test, and backtest algorithmic trading strategies
• Analyze historical data and evaluate strategy performance
• Optimize strategies based on market behaviour and backtesting results
• Develop strategies for trending, sideways, and volatile market conditions
• Implement proper risk management and position sizing
• Monitor strategy performance and identify areas for improvement
• Research new indicators, trading concepts, and systematic approaches
• Work towards developing automated and scalable crypto trading strategies

What you bring

• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in crypto trading, algorithmic trading, quantitative trading, or systematic trading
• Strong practical understanding of cryptocurrency markets and market behaviour
• Hands-on knowledge of algorithmic trading
• Strong understanding of technical analysis and price action
• Knowledge of trading indicators and rule-based strategies
• Understanding of risk management and position sizing
• Ability to develop and test systematic trading strategies
• Knowledge of backtesting and strategy performance analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to convert market behaviour into clear, measurable, and testable trading rules

What we offer
