Crypto & Brokrage Team leader

As a Team Leader in Brokerage and Settlement Operations at Omne Jobgiants India Pvt, you lead a team handling brokerage, trade processing, clearing, settlement and reconciliation operations. You manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle and ensure SLA, quality, risk and compliance requirements are met across both fiat and digital asset operations.

What you'll do

• Lead a team handling brokerage, trade processing, clearing, settlement and reconciliation operations
• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlements, breaks and exceptions
• Handle digital asset and crypto settlement processes, where applicable
• Ensure SLA, quality, risk and compliance requirements are met
• Drive team performance, training, escalations and process improvement
• Coordinate with international clients and stakeholders and support governance activities

What you bring

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in Brokerage, Trade Settlement, Custody or Reconciliation
• 2+ years of team leadership and people management experience
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlement processes
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Crypto and digital asset operations experience
