Crypto Community & Growth Manager

As a Crypto Community & Growth Manager at Hi Violet, you'll manage social accounts, create culturally relevant content, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and actively drive community growth across multiple crypto and web3 projects. You join a small, distributed growth agency working directly with ambitious companies in crypto and emerging technology.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day posting, engagement, and growth across X, Telegram, Discord, and other platforms
• Create memes, posts, threads, and other culturally relevant content that resonates with crypto communities
• Engage with communities daily and participate in relevant conversations
• Identify and collaborate with KOLs, creators, and community ambassadors to expand reach
• Spot emerging trends and narratives and turn them into growth opportunities
• Experiment with and execute creative, unconventional growth tactics across client ecosystems
• Track follower growth, engagement, reach, and community activity to measure what's working

What you bring

• A deep understanding of crypto culture, especially memecoins, NFTs, and Crypto Twitter
• Experience managing or growing crypto communities or social accounts
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Familiarity with crypto KOLs, influencers, and community growth tactics
• Self-direction and comfort working across multiple projects
• Ability to collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across the US and UK
