Crypto currency exchanger

As a Cryptocurrency Exchanger at Help trade your cryptocurrency any kind of coin, you assist clients with exchanging various cryptocurrencies and converting to or from local currency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calabar where you handle day-to-day transactions, educate customers on crypto concepts and security, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and local regulations.

What you'll do

• Verify transaction details and confirm wallet addresses before executing trades
• Execute trades on supported platforms and record all transactions accurately
• Educate customers on basic cryptocurrency concepts, blockchain technology, security best practices, and available exchange options
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor market prices to provide clients with up-to-date information
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and local regulations
• Collaborate with the team to improve service processes

What you bring

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail when handling financial transactions
• Basic to intermediate understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital wallets, with willingness to deepen your expertise
