Crypto Derivatives Trader

As a Crypto Derivatives Trader at Spiritual Intelligence Leadership, you design, implement, and manage trading strategies across crypto derivatives products, including futures and options on major digital assets. You work in a full-time remote role, monitoring market conditions, executing trades, and optimizing positions in line with the firm's strategic view.

What you'll do

• Monitor market conditions and execute trades across crypto derivatives products
• Manage risk exposure through hedging techniques and optimize positions according to the firm's strategic direction
• Research market trends and analyze data to inform trading decisions
• Collaborate on the development of new trading models and tools
• Document trading rationales and maintain accurate records in compliance with internal standards
• Adhere to internal risk, compliance, and reporting standards

What you bring

• Strong hands-on experience trading crypto derivatives in high-liquidity digital asset markets
• Proven skills in designing, backtesting, and executing systematic or discretionary trading strategies
• Demonstrated ability to structure and manage positions through hedging and risk management techniques
• Knowledge of commodity markets and broader financial markets to understand macro drivers affecting digital assets
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with proficiency in trading platforms, market data tools, and spreadsheet or scripting software such as Excel, Python, or R
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, crypto market microstructure, and derivatives pricing concepts
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and make decisions under time pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to have

• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM
• Prior experience in proprietary trading, market making, or similar high-intensity trading roles

What we offer

• Base salary of $150,000-$200,000
• Full-time remote work
