Desenvolvedor(a) .NET Pleno/Senior | IT Digital Assets (Crypto)

You're joining Magnetis to work on the front lines of financial market transformation, building one of Brazil's largest digital assets platforms. We're looking for a mid-level or senior .NET developer to join the IT Digital Assets team, responsible for the entire crypto division of BTG Pactual. We operate across the full digital assets ecosystem, developing solutions for pricing, distribution, trading, and custody, working closely with business teams and shaping the products our clients use. Our ambition is to establish BTG Pactual as Brazil's leading reference in crypto assets by building scalable, resilient, highly available systems that run 24/7, handle large volumes, and evolve with a fast-moving market.

What you'll do

• Build strategic products directly for the bank
• Work in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
• Partner closely with Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Regulatory teams
• Propose solutions and influence technical and product decisions
• Tackle challenges around scale, performance, and high availability

What you bring

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Experience with .NET, AWS, SQL, microservices, messaging systems, EKS, and Git
• A solid foundation in algorithms and data structures
• Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning
• A collaborative mindset and drive to learn and solve complex problems

Nice to have

• Interest in financial markets and the digital assets ecosystem
• Experience with distributed and mission-critical systems
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and high-performance applications
