Crypto Infrastructure & Site Development Project Manager

As a Site Development & Project Manager at OneMiners (operated by CircleHash LLC), you will be the end-to-end owner of hosting facility deployments across key US energy hubs. This role bridges field execution, utility coordination, vendor management, and commercial representation. You will work remotely planning rollouts and on-site directing electrical and civil teams, securing municipal approvals, staging launch events, and negotiating directly with institutional hosting clients.

What you'll do

• Identify prospective land parcels and substation tie-ins, then manage end-to-end county, municipal, and utility permitting processes to ensure full regulatory and environmental compliance.
• Direct contractors, electricians, and civil crews during site buildouts, transformer setups, container placement, and high-voltage grid connections.
• Recruit, onboard, and train regional site technicians and security personnel to operate and maintain facilities post-commissioning.
• Walk enterprise hosting clients through sites, negotiate terms for multi-megawatt agreements, and host open days and site visits for investors and partners.
• Capture photo and video buildout updates, behind-the-scenes progress clips, and milestone media for company socials and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain milestone tracking, contractor invoices, budgets, and compliance documentation via ClickUp and Google Workspace.

What you bring

• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in electrical infrastructure, utility builds, industrial construction, or crypto mining data centers.
• Direct experience handling zoning, building permits, and utility interconnection queues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, heavy machinery operators, and technical field staff.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Bitcoin mining hardware including ASIC miners, hydro containers, PDUs, and medium-voltage transformers.
• Strong commercial presence with experience negotiating B2B contracts or high-value vendor deals.
• A valid US driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel 40-60% of the time across Texas and adjacent markets.
