Crypto Operations Manager

As a Crypto Operations Manager at CityMed Hospital, you own day-to-day crypto operations with reliability and control. You'll manage operational workflows across payments, custody handoffs, reconciliations, partner ops, and incident response, keeping crypto rails accurate, auditable, and scalable.

What you'll do

• Design and run crypto ops processes including onboarding, transactions, reconciliations, and escalations
• Coordinate with product, compliance, finance, and support teams on daily operational issues
• Monitor operational KPIs such as SLA, error rates, settlement times, and queue backlog
• Maintain SOPs, checklists, and audit-ready documentation
• Manage vendor and partner operational relationships with exchanges, custodians, and payment providers
• Lead incident triage for ops failures, run postmortems, and implement preventive fixes
• Improve tooling and automation to reduce manual risk
• Train ops and support teams on crypto-specific procedures and controls

What you bring

• 3 to 6 years in operations, fintech ops, payments ops, or crypto ops
• Strong process design skills and comfort with high-detail reconciliation work
• Working knowledge of crypto rails including wallets, exchanges, on/off-ramps, and settlement basics
• Experience with compliance-aware operations and audit documentation
• Excellent stakeholder communication in async remote environments
• Proficiency with ops tooling such as ticketing systems, spreadsheets/SQL basics, and dashboards
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with custody workflows, Travel Rule ops, or treasury operations
• Prior ownership of 24/7 or follow-the-sun ops coverage models

What we offer

• Base salary of $200,000 to $250,000 USD per year, depending on experience
• Full-time employment
