Crypto Product Manager

As a Crypto Product Manager at Aurigo Logistics, you own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our crypto products. You work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to build products that users trust and love, spanning trading, wallets, DeFi, and payments.

What you'll do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research in the crypto and Web3 space
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog
• Work with engineers, designers, and blockchain developers to deliver features on time
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements such as KYC/AML and licensing
• Define and track KPIs such as user growth, retention, trading volume, and revenue
• Lead go-to-market planning and product launches
• Gather user feedback and iterate on products continuously

What you bring

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or Web3
• A solid understanding of blockchain, wallets, exchanges, DeFi, and tokenomics
• Experience with data analysis and product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or SQL
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Notion
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• The ability to make decisions in a fast-moving, uncertain environment

Nice to have

• Experience launching a crypto product, token, or NFT platform
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MAS or MiCA
• A technical background or ability to read smart contracts at a basic level
• Active personal participation in the crypto ecosystem

What we offer

• Base salary of $180,000
