Crypto Research & Trading

As a Crypto Research & Trading Analyst at Spiritual Intelligence Leadership, you combine fundamental and on-chain research with active trading. You build investment theses, turn them into trades, and manage risk across spot and derivatives positions.

What you'll do

• Research protocols, tokenomics, on-chain data, and market structure
• Develop trade ideas with clear entry, invalidation, and sizing logic
• Trade spot and derivatives on CEX and DEX
• Manage portfolio risk, exposure, and drawdowns
• Build analytics dashboards and tools using Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, and Python
• Prepare internal research and reports

What you bring

• 2-3+ years of experience in crypto trading or research
• A strong understanding of liquidity, perpetuals, margin, and liquidations
• Hands-on on-chain analysis experience
• Python and SQL for data analysis
• A verifiable track record or published research
• Upper-Intermediate English or above

Nice to have

• Options and volatility trading experience
• DeFi experience, including yield farming, liquidity provision, and lending
• Algo trading and exchange API experience
• Background at a fund, prop desk, or market maker
