DeFiner Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at DeFiner, you join a startup building a technology-driven bank relying on smart contracts and blockchain. You architect and design the middleware component of a three-tier system, develop frontend features, and help establish DeFiner as a leading cryptocurrency company.

What you'll do

• Architect, design, code, and deploy APIs and databases at the middleware layer
• Design and implement front-end features according to ReactJS best practices
• Design UI features with a focus on delivering the best user experience
• Ensure excellent architecture and design across all features
• Implement the highest level of security measures in the system
• Review other developers' code and write and review design documents
• Adhere to secure coding best practices throughout development

What you bring

• A degree in computer science or comparable professional experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms
• A firm grasp of object-oriented programming
• Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, CSS, and TypeScript
• A solid understanding of React concepts including components, hooks, state management, and React-testing-library
• Experience with AWS services including serverless functions and API Gateway
• Experience designing databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and providing API access
• Knowledge of webpack, babel, and similar build tools
• Experience with blockchain libraries and tools such as web3.js and MetaMask
