Digital Assets Options Trader

As a Digital Assets Options Trader at Flow Traders, you will join the global Digital Assets Trading team in Amsterdam to develop and scale options trading strategies across centralized and decentralized markets. You will work closely with traders, quants, and engineers to help build and strengthen the firm's digital assets options trading capabilities.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize digital asset options strategies across OTC and listed markets, including CeFi and DeFi venues
• Manage OTC trading flow, including RFQs, pricing, execution, and counterparty interaction
• Manage day-to-day activities of an options desk
• Help build and improve the desk's trading processes, pricing, monitoring, and risk-management framework
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to improve execution and trading infrastructure
• Generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback

What you bring

• Experience in options trading at a proprietary trading firm, market maker, options desk, or crypto-native trading desk
• Experience with crypto or digital asset options across OTC and/or listed markets
• Working knowledge of options theory, trading basics, and risk management
• Experience with OTC options, including RFQ handling, quoting, pricing, and counterparty interaction
• A strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with an interest in helping build a growing options trading function
• Comfort working flexible hours
• Strong quantitative and programming skills, including experience with Python and SQL
