Director of Product, Tokenization

As Director of Product at Blueprint, you lead efforts to build, enhance, and scale Blueprint's tokenization platform. You work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and prospects to accelerate adoption. Tactically, you define the product roadmap and partner closely with Engineering to deliver technical milestones on time. Strategically, you shape Blueprint's go-to-market strategy for tokenization offerings, combining deep technical understanding with strong commercial judgment to deliver exceptional customer value.

What you'll do

• Own the full product lifecycle of Blueprint's tokenization platform from discovery to launch, including market research, requirements definition, roadmap planning, release management, and post-launch optimization
• Embed with the distributed Engineering Team to execute the product roadmap
• Partner with Marketing, Business, and Operations Teams to develop and implement go-to-market and growth strategies
• Test new features, identify bugs, and identify platform improvements
• Engage with existing and potential customers and partners to gather feedback and insights that inform the product roadmap
• Define, collect, and track success metrics to assess product launches and initiatives
• Communicate strategy, prioritization, success metrics, and other important updates clearly to internal stakeholders
• Partner with Design on detailed UX flows, wireframes, and interaction models, ensuring consistency with design systems and accessibility standards
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features, bugs, and technical debt based on impact, dependencies, effort, and business value
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation
• Support existing Product and Engineering team members on portfolio intelligence and staking infrastructure buildouts

What you bring

• 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS or fintech company
• Proven track record of building and launching high-quality technical products
• Experience building a tokenization product
• Strong sense of urgency and deep intrinsic motivation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Prior experience in web3 or fluency with web3 concepts
