Director, Product Operations

As Director of Product Operations at Ripple, you will be the connective tissue within the product group, converting strategy into a practical, well-ordered plan. You keep the product team coordinated, informed, and progressing effectively. This role offers high visibility and influence across the full product organization.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end planning process that turns strategic priorities into a resourced, sequenced roadmap across product lines
• Facilitate tradeoff and prioritization discussions among product leaders, surfacing conflicts and dependencies before they become blockers
• Keep the roadmap current and credible as priorities shift, and communicate changes clearly to collaborators
• Build and manage the product organization's operating rhythm through planning cycles, launch readiness reviews, cross-team syncs, and retrospectives
• Own the tooling and systems such as Jira, Linear, and Notion that keep planning artifacts organized and trustworthy as a single source of truth
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and process gaps before they slow down execution
• Partner closely with Data Science to pull the right numbers together, synthesize their meaning, and package them into clear, recurring updates for product and company leadership
• Translate data into recommendations and talking points, not just charts, to inform planning and prioritization decisions
• Serve as a versatile resource for the Senior Director of Product Management, leading cross-organizational initiatives, coordinating process enhancements, and conducting ad hoc analyses
• Represent the product organization's planning function in conversations with adjacent teams such as engineering, build, legal and compliance, and finance

What you bring

• 5+ years in product operations, technical program management, chief-of-staff, or a similar cross-functional planning role
• A strong track record running planning and prioritization processes across multiple teams or product lines
• Comfort working with data and metrics; ability to ask Data Science the right questions and turn their output into a compelling story
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complexity into something leadership can act on quickly
• High organizational skills, low ego, and genuine enthusiasm for making other people's work easier and more coherent

Nice to have

• Experience leading or managing a team
• Experience in a fast-paced, regulated, or high-stakes industry
