As an Embedded Cryptography Engineer at a global semiconductor leader, you develop state-of-the-art cryptographic software protecting products across automotive, payment, identification, IoT and edge computing applications. You work closely with security architects, firmware and OS teams, hardware engineers and internal evaluation teams, working across both established and emerging cryptographic technologies, including Post-Quantum Cryptography.

What you'll do

  • Develop embedded cryptographic software and security countermeasures
  • Implement cryptographic primitives for low-level embedded environments
  • Design and develop security countermeasures against side-channel and fault-injection attacks
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, OS and security architecture teams
  • Debug and solve low-level security and performance challenges

What you bring

  • Core experience in cryptography and embedded security
  • Strong understanding and implementation experience with cryptographic primitives
  • Strong C and Assembly development skills within embedded environments
  • Good understanding of ARM Cortex and RISC-V microcontroller architectures
  • Experience developing security countermeasures against side-channel and fault-injection attacks
  • Strong debugging, analysis and low-level problem-solving skills
  • Experience working closely with hardware, firmware, OS and security architecture teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with Post-Quantum Cryptography
  • Rust programming experience
