Especialista em Tech & Product - Stablecoins

As a Tech & Product Specialist for Stablecoins at Dock, you will build and lead the end-to-end development of Dock's stablecoin platform and infrastructure. Over more than 20 years, Dock has democratized access to financial services across 11 locations in Latin America. You will take this initiative from concept to execution, creating a robust technical and product foundation to support stablecoin solutions for Dock's clients throughout the region.

What you'll do

• Develop the stablecoin platform and infrastructure, moving from concept to practical execution with a focus on delivering a scalable, resilient solution
• Lead Tech & Product management by unifying technical architecture with product vision, ensuring the platform aligns with business strategy across Latin America
• Provide technical and product support to enable and deliver stablecoin solutions to Dock's clients
• Structure the platform, workflows, and integrations for regional operations across Latin America, extending beyond Brazil
• Integrate financial rails including on/off-ramps and liquidity, connecting blockchain networks, issuers, custodians, and liquidity providers to the company's payments and Banking as a Service ecosystem
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance by maintaining rigorous standards for transaction processing, traceability, fraud prevention, and regulatory conformity across each jurisdiction

What you bring

• Solid practical experience at mid-level to senior level, with a hands-on, execution-focused profile and real implementation track record
• Consolidated expertise in Tech & Product, with the ability to lead both platform technical decisions and product evolution
• Deep knowledge and specific experience developing stablecoin and crypto-asset platforms and infrastructure
• Prior experience at companies in the crypto ecosystem, stablecoin issuers, exchanges, or digital asset platforms
• Proven ability to build and implement digital asset infrastructure and platforms from the ground up, supporting delivery to B2B clients
• Strategic and technical vision for operating international-scale platforms in Latin America

Nice to have

• Experience in traditional payments domains such as Pix, cards, acquiring, cross-border payments, or Banking as a Service connected to the Web3 universe
• Hands-on work with institutional custody integrations, smart contracts, liquidity management, and crypto treasury operations
• Advanced English and/or Spanish for direct work on projects across Latin America
