[EU] Business Continuity Policy Manager

As a Business Continuity Policy Manager at Bybit, you develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity policies, standards, and guidelines for one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges serving over 80 million users. You work to ensure the company can anticipate, mitigate, and recover from disruptions, collaborating across departments and with risk management to keep critical business functions resilient.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity policies, standards, and guidelines
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical business functions and potential disruptions, working jointly with the ICT Risk Manager
• Develop and implement business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with business continuity policies

What you bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in financial services with deep knowledge of banking regulation, including first experience with DORA
• Project implementation and management experience
• Strong learning, communication, and independent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus
• Based in-person at the Vienna headquarters
