Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at Offchain Labs, you provide high-touch support to the Chief Executive Officer, enabling them to focus entirely on the company's mission. You are the backbone of the executive office in a remote-first, fast-growing blockchain infrastructure company that built the Arbitrum stack, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution today.

What you'll do

• Manage the CEO's schedule with precision, handling urgent matters and ensuring smooth operations across conflicting demands
• Organize complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting agendas
• Coordinate and manage high-volume email, flagging critical messages and routing communications as needed
• Draft and prepare confidential correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Manage expense reports and financial reimbursements
• Coordinate project and event planning activities, including off-site meetings and employee retreats
• Anticipate the CEO's needs across work and personal domains to ensure they operate at their best
• Take an active role in shaping information flows and organizational dynamics
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities across the executive office

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of high-touch, concierge-level support experience for a C-suite executive
• Proven track record working with late-stage technology startups or established public technology companies
• Demonstrable ability to manage intricate, time-sensitive scheduling and prioritize conflicting requirements
• Strong security consciousness and commitment to confidentiality
• Clear, direct, and empathetic communication skills with sharp listening abilities
• Proactive, self-directed approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
• High responsiveness and comfort operating in a remote environment
• Based in North America (EST) or the United Kingdom
• Cannot be based in California or Colorado
