Executive Vice President of Operations

As Executive Vice President of Operations at Multicoin Capital, you oversee and optimize the firm's operational functions across all teams. You lead the design and implementation of operational processes, ensure efficient execution of investment and business workflows, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with investment, finance, legal, and investor relations. You drive strategic planning, manage key projects and timelines, oversee firm-wide performance metrics and reporting, steward operational risk management, and support P&L oversight in partnership with finance leadership.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve firm-wide operational processes and systems
• Drive strategic planning initiatives and translate firm strategy into operational execution
• Manage P&L oversight in partnership with finance teams, including financial performance tracking and operational budgeting
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives with investment, finance, legal, and investor relations teams
• Oversee firm-wide performance metrics, reporting, and operational risk management
• Ensure seamless service delivery to investors and internal stakeholders
• Continuously improve tools and systems that enable scale and compliance in the evolving crypto market

What you bring

• Extensive leadership experience in a senior operations role within investment management, fintech, crypto, or related sectors
• Demonstrated capability in P&L management, financial performance tracking, and operational budgeting
• Proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives and driving outcomes
• Strong operations management experience designing and implementing firm-wide processes and systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with comfort working with data and performance metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment
• Commitment to high-quality customer service for investors and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field

• An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
• Knowledge of crypto markets, digital assets, and relevant regulatory considerations
