Full Stack Engineer, Blockchain & Application Development

As a Full Stack Engineer at eClerx, you'll own and deliver features end to end for our Application Development team's technical implementation of enterprise software and its blockchain and digital-asset infrastructure. You'll bring hands-on experience integrating blockchain and Web3 technologies into enterprise systems, with a passion for scalable and secure design.

What you'll do

• Own the technical delivery of features and projects from design through deployment, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability
• Contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews
• Adhere to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate client needs into high-impact solutions
• Build test automation across the full stack of our software and follow engineering best practices
• Optimize application performance and reliability in a cloud environment
• Implement blockchain integrations, node connectivity, transaction submission, event monitoring, wallet and custody interactions, and signing and approval workflows using enterprise-grade backend and Web3 libraries
• Write, test, and deploy smart contracts in Solidity or equivalent, following established security practices, handle full transaction lifecycle including submission, confirmation, idempotency, and failure and reversal handling with audit-friendly logging
• Partner with Product Managers and Technical Project Managers to understand scope, timelines, and priorities
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

What you bring

• A BS or BA in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend expertise in one or more languages such as Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, or Go
• Hands-on experience building on blockchain or DLT platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger Besu, or Canton/Daml, including transaction lifecycle (gas, nonce, confirmations, finality) and event processing
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular using TypeScript or JavaScript
• A strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with REST APIs and database technologies including both SQL and NoSQL
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment

What we offer

• Base salary of $130k-$190k in the US (compensation varies based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job-related qualifications, and geography)
