FX / Crypto Trader

As a Junior Trader at ONE.io, you join a close-knit, high-performing team on the Cryptocurrency & FX Trading Desk. You execute client orders and service their trading and payment requirements across a 24/7 operation, working with a platform that unifies digital asset trading, OTC services, and global payment solutions for institutional and corporate clients.

What you'll do

• Work as part of a 24-hour trading team based in London, with shift work required
• Execute and book client crypto and FX orders
• Manage and maintain banking flows for fiat settlements
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients with trading and payment requests
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to develop new products, internal controls, and process optimisation
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation
• Design key metrics and controls, building performance tracking systems for all product lines

What you bring

• A university degree of at least 2:1 or equivalent in a relevant subject
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Trading experience with responsibility for P&L, risk, and analysis (not just personal account trading)
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute as an individual contributor
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration skills
• A curious mindset and genuine interest in making an impact
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team
• Real passion and energy for the markets and a career in financial services

Nice to have

• Background in cryptocurrency or FX trading
• Experience with trading and investment systems, Order Execution Management systems, or Foreign Exchange dealer systems
• Decisiveness
• Experience with Google Suite and analytics
