GTM - Web3 Partnerships

As a BD & GTM Manager at D3 Embedded, you identify and engage key stakeholders across the Web3 ecosystem-wallets, marketplaces, and DeFi protocols-to drive adoption of domain tokens as liquid, real-world assets. This hybrid role, preferably based in Los Angeles, gives you ownership in scaling a DomainFi ecosystem built on D3's purpose-built blockchain for domain tokenization.

What you'll do

• Research and identify high-potential Web3 platforms such as wallets, marketplaces, and DeFi protocols for partnership opportunities
• Coordinate with internal Tech, Product, and Operations teams to project manage partnership implementation end to end
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to establish domains as a core, on-chain digital asset
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria and schedule discovery calls for the leadership team
• Maintain meticulous documentation in CRM systems, tracking contact information, outreach history, qualification notes, and partnership opportunities
• Develop personalized messaging that communicates the value proposition of domain tokenization to different target segments
• Track key performance metrics such as contact rate, response rate, and meeting conversion, managing persistent follow-up communications
• Conceptualize and facilitate activation events at industry conferences to generate buzz and attract high-value partnership prospects

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in business development, go-to-market, and partnership roles
• Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain concepts and terminology such as NFTs, DeFi, and wallets (technical expertise not required)
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to navigate organizations to identify decision-makers
• Experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems such as Hubspot
• Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed outbound activity metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
