Head of Tokenization

As Head of Tokenization at Talos, you will drive the company's strategic expansion from crypto-assets into all tokenized assets. You own this initiative end to end, working closely with the Head of Product Strategy and other product managers to develop go-to-market strategy, engage clients and partners, and set overall project delivery direction. This position is ultimately accountable for P&L in a new product line.

What you'll do

• Lead specification, high-level design and delivery of a full tokenized securities venue platform and its integration into Talos, including market structure, liquidity provision, clearing and settlement, on-chain versus off-chain integrations, identity and KYC/AML, and regulatory reporting
• Direct technical product management and engineering, both dedicated project resources and cross-team dependencies, to ensure rapid, coordinated delivery of the new product
• Develop and own relationships with early design partners and ecosystem partners to iteratively shape product requirements and drive key build/buy/partner decisions
• Work with Revenue on go-to-market strategy, materials, and marketing, and own product line P&L
• Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and help identify opportunities from emerging regulatory directions worldwide

What you bring

• 10+ years of professional experience leading complex capital markets technology projects at banks, brokerages, asset managers, fintechs or financial market infrastructures
• A demonstrated track record of product ownership working with internal and external stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of capital markets across the life of the trade (trading, financing, risk management, trading controls, clearing and settlement) and the ability to think critically about what changes and what stays the same with tokenized assets
• Experience developing crypto or tokenized asset trading, portfolio, clearing and settlement products, and demonstrated knowledge of blockchain networks and DeFi
• Strong cross-functional and cross-product collaboration skills to drive project success in a fast-changing environment
