KYC Specialist

You join the KYC/CDD function of one of the world's earliest and most established digital asset platforms, serving tens of millions of users globally. You review verification cases from many countries in multiple document formats for both individuals and corporates, and your observations directly shape vendor decisions, workflow changes, and country-level requirements.

What you'll do

• Review individual and corporate KYC/CDD cases from multiple jurisdictions, including Chinese-language documents and customer communications, and reach a documented decision on each
• Confirm AML and sanctions screening results, distinguishing true matches from false positives
• Run the daily application queue and coordinate with internal stakeholders in English and Chinese to keep cases moving
• Analyze vendor review outcomes and recommend where a different solution would perform better
• Monitor daily KYC/CDD status and flag system issues before they affect turnaround time
• Research country-specific KYC/CDD regulatory requirements and document standards, and write up findings as short reports

What you bring

• Hands-on KYC/CDD casework experience at a bank, broker, or other financial institution, where you cleared individual and corporate cases yourself
• Working experience in Web3 or digital-asset KYC as a reviewer (frontline video-verification support alone does not meet this requirement)
• Working knowledge of AML and international sanctions concepts, enough to write a clear rationale for each screening decision
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• A full-time bachelor's degree

• CAMS certification
• Comfort with Excel and basic data analysis for reviewing vendor and queue metrics
