Lead Host, Video & Podcasts

As Lead Host for BeInCrypto's video and podcast channels, you'll be the on-camera face of our global newsroom, hosting interviews and industry conversations with founders, researchers, investors and key voices across crypto and traditional finance. You'll develop story angles, write scripts and formats yourself, book guests from your own network, and shape our YouTube, podcast and social video presence to drive audience growth.

What you'll do

• Host interviews, podcasts and industry conversations with confidence and strong on-camera presence
• Develop story angles, scripts, hooks and video concepts optimised for retention and audience growth
• Book guests and build relationships with founders, researchers, investors and key voices across crypto and traditional finance
• Contribute ideas for topics, guests and formats to the video editorial calendar, across both long-form and short-form content
• Monitor video performance data and use insights to continuously improve your content

What you bring

• 4+ years in financial journalism, crypto or business media, or creator-led finance content
• Proven experience hosting video-first content: YouTube, podcasts, interviews or live formats
• A professional home recording setup with good camera, microphone and background
• The ability to write your own scripts and scenarios and hold an audience
• An existing network of founders, investors, analysts or media contacts in traditional finance and crypto
• A strong understanding of financial markets and the fintech ecosystem, enough to challenge guests thoughtfully
• Knowledge of what performs on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X
• Fluency in English at C2 level

Nice to have

• Experience moderating panels or hosting live discussions
• A personal audience on YouTube, X, LinkedIn or newsletters
