Lead Product Manager, Digital Assets

As Lead Product Manager for Digital Assets at CertiK, you own the product roadmap for regulatory technology serving banks, regulators, and regulated financial institutions adopting digital assets. You gather client needs directly and through client-facing consultants, translate them into a clear, prioritized roadmap, and represent the customer inside the company while presenting products to clients, prospects, and regulators across North America and beyond.

What you'll do

• Run discovery with clients and prospects on site and remotely, working closely with solutions consultants to set the agenda for field learning
• Build and run your own discovery channel: a panel of compliance, risk, and operations practitioners at banks, VASPs, and regulators for structured interviews, ensuring requirements never depend on a single client
• Convert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, documenting the reasoning behind each request and defending the ranking to leadership
• Present CertiK's products and services to client teams, prospects, and regulators in demos, workshops, and tender presentations
• Join Business Development and consultants on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East, and other markets
• Own the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering

What you bring

• 5-8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software, or at a regulated financial institution
• Domain experience in financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, whether as a product manager or from inside a compliance function
• A track record leading complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain, with demonstrated ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's stated request and show how it changed what was built
• Native or fully proficient English with professional presentation skills for senior compliance, risk, and regulatory audiences
• An established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features
• Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback
• Ability to direct discovery through others as well as first-hand, setting the agenda for consultant involvement
• Willingness to travel regularly within the US and internationally as required

Nice to have

• Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
• Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions, or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
• Familiarity with US, UK, or EU digital asset regulation
• Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders
