Legal Counsel / Paralegal

As Legal Counsel / Paralegal at Sky Mavis, the company behind Axie Infinity, you provide day-to-day legal support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters. You report to the Senior Legal Counsel and work with a legal team supporting a fast-growing Web3 company with a global footprint.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day legal support to the Senior Legal Counsel and the wider Legal team across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters
• Support corporate governance matters, including entity registrations, corporate filings, board documentation, resolutions, legal notices, and maintenance of corporate records
• Assist with the review, preparation, coordination, execution, and maintenance of commercial agreements and other legal documents under the supervision of the Legal team
• Support financing transactions, corporate transactions, and other due diligence exercises, including preparing and reviewing document checklists, coordinating information requests, and organising transaction materials
• Coordinate with external counsel on legal matters, including tracking requests, deliverables, timelines, and legal fees

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Law. A qualified lawyer is preferred for the Legal Counsel track
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department, law firm, or similar legal environment
• A solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and general legal matters
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters, documents, and deadlines simultaneously
• Residency in Vietnam and the ability to periodically travel to the company's global offices
