Management Trainee, HashKey Global Graduate Program (Hong Kong Based)

As a Management Trainee in the HashKey Global Graduate Program, you will join HashKey Group, a leading digital asset financial services group, for a structured graduate program in Hong Kong starting August to September 2026. You will rotate across key business units, contribute to high-impact strategic projects, receive mentorship from senior executives, and develop into a future leader in Web3 with an entrepreneurial mindset and global perspective.

What you'll do

• Rotate across key business units to gain holistic exposure to HashKey's core businesses
• Participate in or contribute to strategic initiatives such as new product launches, regional expansion, and community growth campaigns
• Receive direct mentorship and strategic insights from senior leaders and Group executives
• Transition into a core business or managerial role upon successful completion of the program

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree or above (Master's or PhD preferred) from a top global university in Finance, Computer Science, FinTech, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
• 1+ internship(s) at leading internet, financial services, FinTech, Web3, or consulting firms
• Proven experience leading cross-team projects such as campus ventures, research initiatives, or competition organizing with measurable outcomes
• Passion for Web3, Fintech, blockchain, digital assets, or financial services with strong learning agility
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills in English (mandatory). Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as are additional languages such as Cantonese, Japanese, or Arabic
• Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability in a global workplace
