Office Manager

As an Office Manager at Wincent, you join a team of 150 people (primarily Engineers, Traders and Quants) focused on HFT with around 1% of global crypto trading volume. You'll be responsible for making sure the Gibraltar office, company flats, and local operational support run smoothly for employees and visitors. This role requires about 60% commitment, with working hours from 9:00 to 14:00, Monday through Friday, with the possibility to transition to full-time later on.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day running of the Gibraltar office and ensure employees and visitors have what they need
• Manage facility, maintenance, suppliers, building management, office access, and everyday workplace needs
• Coordinate the three company flats, including guest preparation, cleaning, access, and maintenance
• Support local administrative needs for Finance, Legal, and other teams, including documents, couriers, and local providers
• Keep relevant office spend, invoices, records, and reporting organised
• Prepare the office and accommodation for visitors and leadership visits
• Support occasional local team activities and workplace experience
• Spot practical improvements and help make the office and its processes work better
