Operations Intelligence Analyst

Crypto Mize is hiring an Operations Intelligence Analyst for its New Delhi HQ on a full-time, permanent basis. You will own the operational layer that keeps the analyst, OSINT, and strategy cells running across the engagement portfolio. This role exists because operational capacity needs to be staffed ahead of engagements land, not after, and because experienced operations professionals who can feed real intelligence decisions into leadership are critical to scaling the firm.

What you'll do

• Own the operational layer of one to two analyst cells end-to-end, including capacity models, intake workflows, vendor orchestration, and operational reporting that leadership consumes
• Set and enforce operations standards across the cell through process documentation, handoff discipline, and operational hygiene that survives new analyst onboarding
• Design the operational architecture for new engagements, including intake, routing, capacity, and escalation protocols, before the engagement starts
• Deliver recurring operational products: weekly cell-health reports, monthly capacity reviews, and quarterly operational narratives for leadership
• Mentor operations interns attached to your cell and feed conversion decisions that strengthen the intern-to-analyst hiring channel
• Sit in leadership reviews as the operational authority, providing capacity and vendor analysis to answer whether the firm can take on new engagements
• Maintain documentation that allows any workflow to be reconstructed line by line on demand in front of leadership

What you bring

• Advanced process design skills, with demonstrated ability to build workflows that survive handoff, scale, and new analyst onboarding
• Capacity modeling expertise across multi-cell engagement portfolios, with documented assumptions and tracked variance
• Vendor and contract orchestration experience, including SLA management, renewals, escalations, and negotiation framing
• Operational reporting discipline, producing clean numbers with sourced assumptions and decision-ready artifacts on a standing cadence
• Intake and routing design capability to transform inbound briefs into the right cell with appropriate prioritization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for analyst-grade operational layers
• SQL or scripting capability for operational queries, with production scripts others can run and maintain
• Cross-cell coordination experience and ability to run handoffs that keep teams aligned without losing context
• Mentorship experience with junior operations analysts and interns
• Absolute discretion with NDA-grade client material (non-negotiable)
• Risk-aware operational design, implementing controls that keep processes functioning under load
• Domain curiosity across politics, reputation, security, and corporate intelligence work

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Notion and Confluence for process documentation
• Experience with Airtable for capacity and operational reporting
• Familiarity with Linear and Jira-style trackers for engagement intake and routing
• Production Python for operational queries
