Senior Cryptography Engineer (Post-Quantum / PQC)

At Vibedesk, you build the security layer protecting critical data infrastructure against the emerging threat of quantum computing. As a Senior Cryptography Engineer, you design and implement post-quantum cryptographic systems for sovereign AI workspaces, bringing production-grade implementations of algorithms like Kyber and Dilithium to life at the frontier of applied cryptography.

What you'll do

• Implement post-quantum cryptography algorithms (such as Kyber and Dilithium) from research papers into highly optimized production code
• Design and implement zero-trust cryptographic protocols resistant to quantum attacks for sovereign AI environments
• Develop high-performance, low-latency cryptographic libraries
• Ensure strict alignment with NIST post-quantum cryptography standards and conduct rigorous reviews of distributed security architectures

What you bring

• Solid mathematical foundations and proven experience in applied cryptography (symmetric, asymmetric, key exchange protocols)
• Expert proficiency in systems-oriented languages such as Rust, C/C++, or Go
• Familiarity with NIST's post-quantum cryptography transition and its candidate algorithms
• Real-world experience designing secure, scalable backend architectures
• A builder's mindset and ability to operate effectively in the uncertainty of an early-stage startup
